What can I expect during the first Physiotherapy appointment?During your first session, the Physiotherapist will conduct a thorough subjective and objective examination, and go through radiological or related scans. The Physiotherapist will identify the root cause of the problem and direct treatment accordingly . A home-based program and advice will be given at the end of the session.

What should I wear for my physio session?Do come in gym attire or anything comfortable. Bring along a spaghetti strap top if you have a neck/shoulder injury. Fret not ! We also provide gym attire for our clients too.

I am driving, where is the nearest parking?The carpark is located within TripleOne Somerset, which has ample carpark lots in the basement. You can enter either from Somerset Road or Exeter Road.

I am taking public transport, where is the nearest train line?We are conveniently located next to Somerset MRT(NS23), along the North-South Line. Take Exit A and we are located on the right side as you exit.

Is there wheelchair access?Our medical concierge can provide wheelchair assistance from the driveway to the clinic. Do let us know in advance so that this can be arranged for you.

Does insurance cover physiotherapy?Yes. Please check with your insurer for full details on submission of your claims. A Doctor’s referral might be required dependent on your insurance policy.

What is the clinic's operating hours?On weekdays, we are open 8am - 7pm. On Saturdays, we are open 8am - 3pm. We are closed on Sundays and Public holidays.

Can I cancel or reschedule my session?Yes. There is a link in your appointment confirmation/reminder emails to cancel the appointment. You can also reach us directly at 8750 3705 (Whatsapp).
